So it turns out that Jito is alright if you add in a burn package of Flame Blast, Kaleb’s Favor, and Obliterate.
My record with this is 40-26 for a winrate of 60.6%. I did not keep stats on my more conventional Jito Queen build so I’m not sure which version of Jito is better. The burn version has a bit of a better matchup versus Combrei than the non-burn version. If Combrei throws up a wall of units (which basically shuts down unit-based damage), there is the option of directing burn spells to the face to finish opponents off. Because Combrei is a relatively slow deck, you have time to accumulate power for big Flame Blasts and Obliterates to the face. The deck was 11-5 versus Combrei and 6-6 versus 4-faction control.
However, the burn version is not as good against Rakano Warcry/Pants since it has no sweepers. Normal Jito devotes more slots to its go-wide strategy that works well when it does not face any sweepers.

Notes on specific cards
Frontier Jito – I’m not sure if Jito is good in this deck. The burn variant doesn’t have slots for as many 1-drops as normal Jito Queen, which dilutes how good Frontier Jito is. A more traditional Bandit Queen build might be better. Rakano Outlaw might be alright.
Some opponents might overvalue Jito as a priority removal target because it’s much better in normal Jito Queen. It might make sense to play Jito on turn 1 simply to bait removal.
Ornate Katana – I’m not sure about this card. It does help build a board presence without making your gameplan that vulnerable to lightning storm (which is really good against this deck). This deck really leans on its first wave of units getting damage in and is less resilient against its first wave of attackers dying to a sweeper.
Assembly Line, Shadowlands Guide, Lurking Sanguar – I run 1 assembly line as a defensive card against Jito Queen. There are no free slots to go deep on the go-wide strategy.
Flash Fire – This card is pretty bad in this deck (even if you built around it). I would not run it. Champion of Chaos with both influence requirements triggered will be a much better card.
Piloting the deck
Always count up the amount of burn that you have in hand, because the best line of play will sometimes be to direct all of your burn to the opponent’s face.
If you are in a bad spot: your best line of play may be to start burning your opponent, hoping that you top-deck (get lucky and draw) lethal burn.
Otherwise, this plays a lot like normal Jito Queen. If you are the opponent, then you mostly play against this deck the same way as normal Jito. However, Frontier Jito is not as scary. Unfortunately, there is no way to figure out if the opponent is playing normal Jito Queen or this burn variant other than making a guess based on the username.
Possible tournament applications?
In theory, you can play all-in Jito for the first match (with very little burn). This first match may be highly favored in an unprepared metagame.
Then, use a transformational sideboard to throw in all of the burn spells. If the metagame is unprepared, opponents may not have a sideboard with anti-burn cards like lifesteal units (Black Sky Harbinger) and Eilyn’s Favor.
This probably won’t work right now because the recent winner of this week’s ETS was Crispah. He played Feln Control maindecking 4X lightning storm, 4X Feln Bloodcaster and 4X Black Sky Harbinger. A Stonescar build revolving around Smuggler’s Stash may be a better idea. I’m also surprised that there is very little Black Iron Manacles in sideboards.
EDIT: Nov 11 update!
My current list swaps out a Jito for Dark Return. I think there’s still some minor tuning left for this deck. 1-of Blood Beetle or Lurking Sanguar might also be ok.
Also… Queen Burn or Burn Queen seems like a more appropriate name for this deck given that you don’t even need to run Jito at all.
